Please Note: We cannot accept card orders made over the telephone.

Card orders can only be placed by online orders through this website.

There is a minimum order of 6 (six) plants.

Orders can only be placed by customers from the UK and certain EU Member States (See HERE for details).
All orders, including those paid through this website, must be paid for in £ sterling.

For Manual Orders placed by post payment is strictly with order, cheque's should be made payable to 'Gosbrook Pelargoniums'.
Orders are usually processed within four weeks of receipt and/or in strict rotation.

No Orders are despatched during December.

Plants sold will be rooted cuttings or grown in pots up to 9cm.

We usually remove the pot on despatch to aid packing. See Here for sizes.
We retain the right to substitute plants that are not held in stock or where cuttings are not expected to be ready within a reasonable timescale.

You should advise us if you do not wish to receive substitutes.
Please ensure that any holiday dates are noted on the Order Request as we cannot accept any responsibility for plants that cannot be delivered due to an unmanned delivery address.
Online orders will be acknowledged by e-mail as part of the online process. For Manual Orders sent to us a S.A.E must be supplied if you require an acknowledgement.

If damage occurs during transit we will replace the damaged plants as soon as possible free of charge. Please ensure you contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order. After this time the plants are your responsibility.
Due to the plants needing frost protection we will not despatch plants during periods of extremely cold weather.

For EU countries during the winter we will confirm conditions with you before shipping your order.

Privacy. In order to process your order we require you to give us certain information which is held on a secure database. None of this information will be passed to any third party.
