Please Note: There is a minimum order of 6 (six) plants.
Orders are usually processed within four weeks of receipt although all orders will be dealt with in strict rotation. Please note that we do not dispatch any orders during December. Orders placed during December will be dispatched from January for in-stock plants.
We take the bulk of our cuttings during the Autumn and usually hold stock of the majority of our listed plants for new season winter orders. However, space limitations mean that there will undoubtedly be shortages of some of the more popular varieties as the winter progresses. As we do not start taking spring cuttings until about mid-February your order may need to be held until future cuttings have rooted, from mid-February this is usually around four weeks.
If the bulk of your order is for plants in stock you will usually have these sent separately and cuttings forwarded when ready. However, for manual orders, you can opt (on the order form) to have substitutes, so please remember to tick the box.
Due to spring sales orders placed after May are more likely to be made up of rooted cuttings.
Please ensure that any dates that you are away or on holiday are noted on the Order Form as I cannot accept any responsibility for plants that cannot be delivered due to an unmanned delivery address.
Online orders will be acknowledged by e-mail as part of the online process. For Manual Orders sent to us a S.A.E must be supplied If you require an acknowledgement.
We cannot accept card orders made by Phone. Card orders can only be placed by online orders through this website.
