Orders and Despatch:
If plants are in stock they will usually be despatched shortly after
receipt of your order although all orders will be dealt with in strict rotation.
If you require an acknowledgement a S.A.E must be supplied. I will always
contact you just prior to despatch to try to ensure collection at your end
but I cannot accept any responsibility for plants that cannot be delivered
due to an unmanned delivery address.
Due to the plants needing frost protection I will not despatch plants during
periods of extremely cold weather. For EEC countries during the winter I will
confirm conditions with you before fulfilling your order.
Payment:
Strictly payment with order please. Cheques should be made payable
to Gosbrook Pelargoniums.
Postage and Packing Costs:
I will supply to all UK mainland and EU countries. Plants are sent
out by either ‘guaranteed next day delivery’ or first class parcel
post; this is dependant on the weight of the package(s). For EU Countries
I use the Royal Mails ‘Airsure’ Service which seems to work well;
however there are weight limitations on the packages which means larger orders
have to be sent in more than one package, this is reflected in the charges.
Postage and packing charges therefore apply as follows:
UK:
Up to 6 Plants £6.00
7 – 12 Plants £9.00
13 – 20 Plants £12.00
21 and over £15.00
EU Countries.
Up to 6 Plants £12.00
7 – 12 Plants £15.00
13 – 20 Plants £22.00
21 and over £25.00
Problems:
If damage occurs to your plants during transit I will replace the
damaged plants as soon as possible free of charge. Please ensure you contact
me within 10 days of receipt of your order. After this time the plants are
your responsibility.
